Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are a professional basketball team based in San Francisco, California. The team was founded in 1946 as the Philadelphia Warriors and has won six NBA championships (in 1947, 1956, 1975, 2015, 2017, and 2018).

The Warriors are known for their fast-paced, high-scoring offense and have produced some of the greatest players in NBA history, including Wilt Chamberlain, Rick Barry, Chris Mullin, Tim Hardaway, Baron Davis, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, and Draymond Green.

Under the leadership of head coach Steve Kerr, the Warriors have been one of the most successful teams in recent NBA history, winning three championships in four years from 2015 to 2018. The team's home court is Chase Center in San Francisco, which they moved to in 2019 after playing at Oracle Arena in Oakland for several decades.
