Dwayne Johnson, also known as "The Rock," is an American actor, producer, and retired professional wrestler. He was born on May 2, 1972, in Hayward, California, and grew up in Hawaii.
Johnson became known for his career in professional wrestling, where he achieved mainstream popularity in the late 1990s as a charismatic wrestler with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE). He won multiple championships during his wrestling career and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021.
After retiring from wrestling, Johnson transitioned to acting and has become one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood. He has starred in numerous films, including the Fast and Furious franchise, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Moana, and many more.
