Stephen Curry

Stephen Curry is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Golden State Warriors in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born on March 14, 1988, in Akron, Ohio, but he grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Curry played college basketball for Davidson College, where he became one of the best players in the country. In 2009, he led the Davidson Wildcats to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament and was named the NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player. He then declared for the NBA draft and was selected 7th overall by the Golden State Warriors in 2009.

Curry quickly established himself as one of the best shooters in the NBA and has since become one of the most successful and influential players in the league. He has won three NBA championships with the Warriors, been named the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) twice, and is a seven-time NBA All-Star. He holds numerous NBA records, including the record for most three-pointers made in a single season and the record for most consecutive games with a made three-pointer.

Curry is widely regarded as one of the greatest shooters in NBA history, and his impact on the game has led to a new era of "pace-and-space" basketball, where teams emphasize three-point shooting and spacing on the court. Off the court, Curry is known for his philanthropic work and his commitment to social justice issues.
